Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of corporate actions data, including reference data, pricing, and corporate event details.
Lead the team with a strong focus on accountability, ownership, and results, ensuring effective task allocation, prioritization, and balanced workload across the team.
Monitor performance through defined KPIs (SLA, quality, turnaround time), conduct regular follow-ups, and drive a proactive execution culture to ensure consistent and timely delivery.
Develop and implement data quality standards, guidelines, and best practices to support corporate actions and capital markets data.
Optimize data validation, verification, and cleansing processes using diagnostic tools and APIs.
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product managers, US support) and external vendors to resolve data discrepancies and improve processes.
Act as the subject matter expert on all client products in areas like corporate actions, forex, fundamentals, and capital markets data.
Own end-to-end delivery of data quality services, ensuring all client commitments are met within defined SLAs while proactively identifying and mitigating risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies.
Take full ownership of all individual and team deliverables, ensuring timely resolution of issues with no gaps in execution, follow-through, or accountability.

Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in data quality management, with at least 2 year in a leadership role focused on capital markets and corporate actions data.
Strong understanding of corporate actions processes, including event life cycle, securities, and financial instruments.
Expertise in capital markets data, including reference data, pricing data, and market events.
Familiarity with data quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Python, MySQL, AWS processes).
Proven track record of managing and optimizing data quality processes within financial institutions or fintech companies.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to address complex data issues.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with reporting and monitoring data quality metrics.
