We are hiring Coding Tutors / Python Instructors / STEM Educators who can teach through hands-on projects, real coding, and interactive learning.
This is a remote, 1-on-1 online teaching role where you will help students:
- Learn coding fundamentals and programming logic
- Build games, applications, and AI-powered projects
- Develop computational thinking and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 1-on-1 online coding classes (live sessions)
- Teach Python programming, logic building, and debugging
- Guide students in game development, app building, and AI-based projects
- Use project-based learning to drive engagement
- Conduct demo / trial classes for new students
- Track student progress and provide structured feedback
- Ensure high student engagement, retention, and learning outcomes
Skills & Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Python programming
- Understanding of programming fundamentals (loops, conditionals, functions, variables)
- Ability to explain code line-by-line to beginners
- Ability to debug common errors (syntax, indentation, logic mistakes)
- Experience with coding for kids / STEM education / teaching programming (preferred)
- Familiarity with Scratch or block-based coding (preferred)
- Basic exposure to AI tools / automation / ML concepts (good to have)
- Excellent communication skills (English)
- Comfortable with online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
Preferred Experience
- Experience as a coding tutor / programming instructor / computer science teacher
- Teaching students aged 8–18 year
- Experience in online tutoring / edtech platforms
- Background in Computer Science / Engineering / STEM fields

Beginner: Visual coding, game design, logic building
Intermediate: Python programming, debugging, structured coding
Advanced: Real-world projects, software building, AI tools
Bonus: Teaching experience / exposure to AI tools
