About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Demo Teachers for the Code verticals to conduct engaging trial/demo classes for international students across the US/CA and ROW regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive and engaging demo classes for students in Coding domains.
- Handle trial/demo sessions for international learners from US/CA and ROW regions.
- Ensure strong student engagement and deliver high-quality learning experiences.
- Maintain timely class attendance and adhere to scheduled slot timings.
- Keep the camera on and maintain professional classroom standards throughout sessions.
- Submit feedback forms within 24 hours after every class.
- Support conversion goals through effective teaching and learner engagement.
- Collaborate with the Teacher Success Team and participate in monthly performance reviews.
- Maintain availability during assigned working hours and platform login requirements.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong understanding of Coding concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable conducting online classes and demo sessions.
- Ability to engage students effectively in a virtual environment.
- Professional attitude, punctuality, and classroom discipline.
- Reliable laptop/PC with webcam, microphone, and stable high-speed internet connection.
- Prior online teaching or EdTech experience is preferred.
- Ability to work in rotational/night shifts for international student time zones.
Work Structure & Perks

Compensation
- USA (US/CA) Demo Classes: ₹325 per allocated demo slot.
- ROW (UK/MEA/ANZ) Demo Classes: ₹225 per allocated demo slot.
- Additional utilized hour pay for logged-in available slots without demo allocation.
- Monthly conversion incentives based on achieved conversion percentage slabs.
