About the RoleWe are looking for highly skilled and passionate Coding Trainers (Teacher Enablement) who will be responsible for training and upskilling coding teachers to ensure they deliver high-quality learning experiences to students.
This role is critical in maintaining teaching excellence, consistency, and product understanding across all instructors.
Key Responsibilities- Train and onboard coding teachers/instructors on:
- Python
- Scratch
- Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics)
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions to standardise teaching quality
- Ensure teachers are aligned with:
- Teaching methodologies
- Classroom delivery standards
- Student engagement techniques
- Provide complete product and curriculum training, including tools and platforms
- Guide teachers on:
- How to explain concepts effectively
- How to handle student doubts and scenarios
- How to deliver engaging and structured sessions
- Evaluate teacher performance through assessments, mock sessions, and feedback
- Continuously improve training modules and onboarding processes
- Act as a quality gatekeeper for all teaching staff
Trainer Enablement Focus ⭐You will play a key role in building a high-performance teaching ecosystem by:
- Ensuring every teacher is confident, consistent, and classroom-ready
- Creating standardised teaching frameworks and best practices
- Bridging the gap between curriculum/product and delivery
- Driving continuous improvement in teaching quality at scale
