Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Coding Instructor & Content Associate. The primary responsibilities include designing and delivering interactive and engaging coding lessons to students, creating educational content to support the learning process, and developing structured course materials. Additional responsibilities may involve mentoring students on real-world projects, evaluating their progress through assessments, and collaborating with the content team to improve and adapt curricula..

We are hiring 2 full-time Teaching & Content Associates to be core members of our content and delivery engine.

Your role will be split across three areas:

1) Teaching

• Conduct live online technology classes for students from Class 3 to Class 12
• Teach subjects including Computational Thinking, Coding, and Generative AI
• Engage students actively, solve doubts in real time, maintain class energy

2) Content Recording (30%)

• Record master teaching videos as part of Skilledity's core curriculum library
• Deliver scripted lessons clearly and confidently on camera
• Ensure recordings meet Skilledity's quality and pedagogy standards

3) Curriculum & System Building (30%)

• Contribute to developing and refining Skilledity's book curriculum system
• Improve lesson plans, workbooks, and SOPs on a weekly basis
• Use school holiday periods for heavy content production and curriculum refinement

Weekly output expected from every associate:

• Assigned classes delivered
• Assigned Recorded lessons submitted
• Module/workbook/SOP improved or documented

This is not just a teaching job. You will be building the system that teaches thousands of students across India.

Candidate Preference:

• 2+ years experience in EdTech preferred
• Strong in : live teaching, on-camera explanation, or structured content thinking
• Comfortable with technology topics-coding, AI, computer science basics
• Self-driven, output-oriented, able to work independently from home
• Good internet connection, webcam and a quiet recording setup at home

Earnings:

CTC (Annual): ₹5,04,000 – ₹6,60,000 LPA

Fixed Pay: ₹32,000 – ₹38,000/month
