QA Manual Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Manual Tester with at least 6 months of hands-on experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the software development lifecycle, testing methodologies, and strong analytical skills to identify issues and ensure the quality of software products.

• Understand requirements, specifications, and business logic to develop test scenarios and test cases.
• Execute manual test cases for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
• Identify, log, and track defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla, etc.).
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to ensure quality throughout the development process.
• Perform different types of testing including functional, regression, UI/UX, and smoke testing.
• Provide detailed feedback and documentation of test results.
• Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups (if working in Agile environment).
  

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Manual Testing.
• Basic understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Knowledge of bug tracking tools like Jira, Mantis, or Trello.
• Ability to write clear and concise test cases and test scenarios.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  

• Exposure to basic SQL queries.
• Knowledge of API testing using tools like Postman.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
