CodeWild Tech is hiring talented and motivated 2026 passed-out graduates for the position of Software Engineer – Trainee. Candidates from Computer Science, Information Technology, BSc graduates, and ALL OTHER streams such as Mechanical, Civil, ECE, EEE, BBA, BCom, Arts, Commerce, and Science backgrounds are welcome to apply. This is a great opportunity for freshers who wish to start their career in the IT industry with real-time project exposure and hands-on training.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in the development of software applications
Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code
Support team in testing, debugging, and documentation
Collaborate with senior developers on active project modules
Participate in project meetings, sprint planning, and reviews
Learn and work with new tools, frameworks, and technologies (Python, API, DB, etc.)
Troubleshoot minor technical issues and support team tasks
Required Skills
Basic programming knowledge (Python, Java, C, or any language)
Understanding of OOP concepts & logic building
Familiarity with databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL)
Good communication & teamwork abilities
Eagerness to learn new technologies quickly
Problem-solving mindset

BSc Streams: CS, IT, Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, etc.

Interest in IT, software development, and learning new technologies
Freshers with strong willingness to work in a team
