About the role

Join our mission to become the end-game infrastructure layer for enterprise growth. Codesphere is set to disrupt the cloud market with patented core technology and references from major global entities. We seek a Support Agent to join our Delivery team. You will provide technical support and assistance to enterprise customers using the Codesphere platform, ensuring a positive customer experience and driving platform adoption. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: - Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via various channels (e.g., email, chat, phone). - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to the Codesphere platform. - Document customer interactions and solutions in the support system. - Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed. Customer Engagement: - Build and maintain positive relationships with enterprise customers. - Assist customers with onboarding and initial platform setup. - Gather customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in the support process. Technical Assistance: - Develop a solid understanding of Codesphere's architecture and features. - Provide technical guidance and best practices to customers. - Collaborate with the engineering team to address technical issues and improve the platform. Required Qualifications: - Fluent in German. Good English writing & speaking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience in customer support or a related field. - Basic understanding of cloud technologies and IT infrastructure. - Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly. - Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Self-motivated and customer-focused.
