Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Odoo Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo ERP applications, ensuring that they meet the needs of the business. You will work closely with our functional and technical teams to integrate and optimize the system to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Odoo modules based on client requirements.
- Integrate Odoo with other third-party applications and services.
- Troubleshoot, test, and debug Odoo applications and modules.
- Work on the design and implementation of new features.
- Manage the deployment and upgrade of Odoo instances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide support for end-users and assist in training them on Odoo functionality.
- Optimize and improve Odoo performance and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and Odoo guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications:
Required:
- Strong experience with Odoo development (Python, XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
- Solid understanding of Odoo framework and modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, etc.).
- Experience with PostgreSQL database.
- Knowledge of API integration, web services (REST, SOAP), and external integrations.
- Familiarity with Git version control.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of Odoo's ORM (Object Relational Mapping).
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with Odoo.sh (cloud platform) and deployment.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies.
- Odoo certification (Odoo Developer, Odoo Functional Consultant, etc.).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
