About the role
The Java Developer will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining efficient and scalable Java applications. This role requires adherence to best coding practices and a proactive approach to identifying risks in the development process. The developer will participate in the entire development cycle and provide technical guidance to junior team :
Adhere to coding best practices, ensuring the development of clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Apply design patterns and contribute to low-level design solutions.
Proactively identify and highlight risks in the development process, ensuring early mitigation.
Consistently meet delivery deadlines and project commitments.
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
Actively participate in the entire development process, from planning through execution.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and trainees.
Conduct code reviews and offer constructive feedback to improve the teams coding practices.
Optimize and tune the performance of Java-based applications to ensure high efficiency and scalability.
Work independently while being proactive in seeking support when : BE / BTech or any Postgraduate degree.
