4. Code Quality and Review Conduct regular code reviews maintain coding standards and implement quality assurance practices
5. Innovation and Optimization Identify performance bottlenecks implement solutions and continuously enhance the application infrastructure
6. Collaboration Act as a primary point of contact with product teams business stakeholders and other technology teams
