Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic International Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base across international markets. This role requires a combination of strategic vision, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities in target regions.
  • Analyze market data and customer insights to develop strategies for penetrating new markets and maximizing growth opportunities.

Business Development Strategy:

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and expand market presence globally.
  • Identify key target clients and industries, and develop tailored value propositions to address their specific needs and challenges.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction with our services.
  • Proactively engage with potential clients, build rapport, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.

Partnership Development:

  • Identify and evaluate potential partners, including technology vendors, resellers, and strategic alliances, to enhance our market reach and capabilities.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Drive the sales process from lead generation to closure, meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop pricing strategies, proposals, and presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in international business development, with a minimum of X years of experience in the technology services industry.
  • Strong understanding of international markets, cultural nuances, and business practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
