This is a full-time on-site Technical Project Manager role located in Mohali district at Code Brew Labs.

The Technical PM will be responsible for program management, project management, team leadership, and effective communication to ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple technical projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Coordinate across internal teams (developers, designers, QA, business analysts) to allocate tasks, track progress, and resolve issues.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing project updates, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for revenue growth.
• Plan and manage resource allocation, project milestones, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Prepare project documentation including scope of work, project plans, status reports, and post-project reviews.
• Track project financials, including budgeting, cost control, invoicing, and revenue forecasting.
• Ensure adherence to company processes, quality standards, and best practices in project management.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous Skills & Requirements :
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in technical project management, client servicing, and team handling.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets, track financial performance, and drive revenue opportunities.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to project risks and challenges.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
