Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) – Stablecoin Venture Studio

The Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) program is a 9–12 month, founder-track opportunity. As an EIR, you will either develop your own venture idea in the stablecoin space or lead one of our in-house projects from concept to launch. At Code & State, we don't just write checks – we build with you. You'll get access to funding, mentorship, strategic guidance, investor introductions, and a network of Web3 experts to help you de-risk and accelerate your venture. The goal? To spin out a high-impact company and raise a seed round at the end of the program.

Founded by Cédric Waldburger and Artia Moghbel, two experienced founders and investors with deep expertise in Web3 and crypto, Code & State is designed to give entrepreneurs more than just capital. We firmly believe that stablecoins have the highest product-market fit in Web3 today, and that their collective market cap will 10x in the next five years.
