Manager - Commercial | Cybersecurity IT Infrastructure

Job Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage the security operations of the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud environments. 2. Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies and policies to protect the company's digital assets. 3. Continuously monitor and analyze security threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents, and take appropriate actions to mitigate risks. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of security measures across the organization. 5. Stay informed about the latest security trends, technologies, and regulations, and provide guidance to the management team on best practices. 6. Manage and oversee the commercial operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to drive business growth and profitability. 7. Develop and execute effective sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with customers. 8. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business decisions and shape the company's commercial strategy. 9. Manage a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing leadership, mentoring, and performance management. 10. Ensure the efficient and effective delivery of commercial services, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in IT security management, with a strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and technologies. 3. Proven track record in leading and managing commercial operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service. 4. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. 5. Strong leadership and team management abilities. 6. Thorough understanding of the latest security threats, regulations, and industry trends. 7. Certification in cybersecurity, such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM, is preferred.
