Cobalt is building the next-generation AI agent based integration platform for software companies in the USA. Many custom connectors must be developed for enterprises using legacy software like Oracle, SAP, Snowflake, and others. We're addressing this using AI.

Cobalt was founded by Jugal Anchalia & Abhishek Kumar, who sold their previous startup to Netmeds; they have also been featured in Forbes 30 under 30. They have experience at organizations such as Nomura, JioMart, InstaMojo, IIT Kharagpur, and IIT Roorkee. We are funded by marquee investors, including Titan Capital, 8i Ventures, & Better Capital.

We are building our founding team and are looking for folks who are excited about learning and meaningfully shaping the trajectory of an early-stage startup from Day 0 in its journey.

• engineers who can optimize for quick iteration, fast deployment, and a great developer experience.

Build alongside founders from scratch

• As a founding team member, you have immense responsibility. You learn directly from people who have built systems at scale alongside their own and drive the execution.

• On the backend side, we are building high-throughput, high-scale data pipes to deal with usage data of companies of any size.

About this role
We are on the hunt for a dynamic, passionate, and young-driven Product Manager who’s ready to take the helm and drive our products to new heights. As our Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of product strategy, development, and execution, ensuring that our offerings not only meet but exceed market expectations.

Here's what you'll do:

1. Craft a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals.
2. Understands the “Tech side” of things deeply to the level of code 
3. Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales for cohesive product development and launch.
4. Analyze trends and user feedback to guide product decisions and roadmap iterations.
5. Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
6. Track metrics and leverage insights for ongoing product improvement.
7. Clearly convey strategy, progress, and results to stakeholders, securing alignment and support

Must-haves:

1. 4+ years of PM experience with successful product launches.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage diverse teams and clients.
3. Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, driving innovation.
4. Collaborative mindset with strong cross-functional relationship-building skills.
