</div><h1>What You’ll Actually Do</h1><div>This is a fast-paced technical field role requiring both physical endurance and strong attention to detail.<br><br>
</div><div>Your responsibilities will include:<br><br>

<li>Inspecting homes for pest and wildlife activity</li>
<li>Diagnosing entry points and infestation causes</li>
<li>Applying treatments and exclusion solutions</li>
<li>Setting and removing wildlife traps</li>
<li>Performing exclusion and repair work</li>
<li>Managing documentation and service records accurately</li>
<li>Communicating findings clearly and professionally with homeowners</li>
<li>Managing your own daily route and workflow</li>

<li>Strong attention to detail and documentation</li>
<li>Clear, direct communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to handle pressure, interruptions, and shifting priorities</li>
<li>Pass background check and drug screening</li>

<li>Pest control, wildlife, HVAC, plumbing, construction, or technical field service experience</li>
<li>Experience managing routes or working independently</li>
