Position Summary
Coastal Forest Products is seeking to hire a dedicated and reliable Front Desk Associate to support our headquarters in Bow, New Hampshire. The Front Desk Associate is responsible for managing a high volume of incoming calls and greeting visitors. Additionally, this role may assist with marketing coordination, sales reporting, and other administrative tasks, during down-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Answers and directs incoming calls using a multi-line phone system in a professional and friendly manner.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they connect with the appropriate team member
- Order and maintain office supplies as needed
- Organize and file records and important documentation
- Support the Marketing & Sales team with copy/print tasks and other administrative needs
- Manages time effectively & prioritizes administrative tasks
- Represent Coastal with professionalism and a helpful attitude
Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative support experience (experience in building materials is a plus).
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP / CRM experience, a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills – able to manage multiple priorities while ensuring detail accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing.
- Customer-service approach – proactive and solution-oriented.
- Legally permitted to work in the United States.
- Adaptable and willing to assume additional responsibilities.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Office environment with occasional visits to warehouse.
- Ability to sit, type, and use a computer for extended periods.
- May require occasional lifting of marketing materials or product samples (up to 25 lbs.).
