<li>Design and construct high-quality custom interiors for adventure vans.</li>
<li>Utilize woodworking and carpentry skills to fabricate furniture and storage solutions.</li>
<li>Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements.</li>
<li>Install electrical systems, plumbing, and insulation as needed.</li>
<li>Ensure all builds meet safety and quality standards.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the build process.</li>
<li>Participate in team meetings to discuss project timelines and progress.</li>
<li>Stay updated on industry trends and new materials for van conversions.</li>

<li>Proven experience in carpentry, woodworking, or related fields.</li>
