<div>Responsibilities:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Implement and follow Behavioral Support Plans and de-escalation techniques as trained</li>
<li>Assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, hygiene</li>
<li>Monitor, document, and report on client behavior, incidents, and progress</li>
<li>Prepare basic, nutritious meals based on individual dietary needs</li>
<li>Support residents during behavioral outbursts while maintaining a safe environment</li>
<li>Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment</li>
<li>Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training</li>
<li>Light housekeeping</li>
</ul><div>Qualifications:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Must be at least 18 years old</li>
<li>High School Diploma or GED (required)</li>
<li>CPR/First Aid (preferred or willing to obtain)</li>
<li>BA/PCM certified (preferred or willing to obtain)</li>
<li>Previous experience in Intensive Behavior</li>
<li>Previous experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (preferred)</li>
<li>Ability to remain calm and use de-escalation techniques during behavioral incidents</li>
<li>Ability to prepare simple, balanced meals</li>
<li>Strong communication and documentation skills</li>
<li>ADP Training (preferred)</li>
<li>Pass a background check</li>
<li>Valid Driver License and clean driving record</li>
<li>Car Insurance/Tag Registration</li>
<li>Reliable</li>
<li>Report to work on time</li>
<li>Neat and organized</li>
<li>Pay attention to detail</li>
