Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Coaching Tutors/Teachers located in Amritsar(Bhikhiwind and nearest areas). The role involves providing personalised instruction to 11th and 12th-grade students, with a focus on helping them excel academically. Core responsibilities include lesson planning, conducting interactive tutoring sessions, assessing student progress, and providing regular feedback to students and parents. Tutors will also provide support in exam preparation and focus on enhancing subject matter understanding for students.
Qualifications
- Subject expertise in areas relevant to the 11th and 12th-grade syllabus, including Mathematics, Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology), and English.
- Strong communication and teaching skills, including the ability to convey concepts clearly and effectively.
- Assessment and evaluation skills to monitor and enhance student progress.
- Experience in planning and delivering interactive and engaging lessons tailored to individual student needs.
- Proficiency in using technology in education, including tools for virtual collaboration, presentations, and test preparation.
- Ability to motivate and mentor students, fostering a passion for learning and academic growth.
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant subject. Teaching certifications and additional experience are a plus.
