Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Coach specializing in Women’s Fitness for a full-time, on-site position at our Bengaluru location. The role involves planning, delivering, and monitoring tailored fitness programs for women, focusing on their specific health and wellness goals. Key responsibilities include conducting group fitness sessions, providing one-on-one coaching, offering guidance on nutrition and wellness, and ensuring safety during training. The Coach will also evaluate progress, motivate clients, and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive fitness environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Physical Education and Sports Training principles
- Demonstrated expertise in fitness Coaching and specialisation in Women’s helath & Fitness
- Strong Communication skills for effective client interaction and guidance
- Knowledge of fitness safety practices and a focus on promoting overall health
- Relevant certifications in fitness instruction or women’s fitness are highly desirable
- Ability to work with individuals and groups, tailoring programs to diverse fitness levels
- Experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a plus
