We are currently in a high-growth phase, building a global coach network of 100–1000 coaches across geographies and expertise areas. This role sits at the heart of that journey — shaping how coaches are discovered, positioned, profiled, and supported within the Pivut ecosystem.
What You Will Own
1. Coach Network Curation (Quality Over Quantity)
You will:
● Identify and source senior executive coaches (1:1, group, top-team, transformation, etc.)
● Conduct screening conversations assessing philosophy, business depth, presence, and alignment
● Evaluate beyond certifications — real-world leadership and business maturity
● Build and maintain a structured CRM-based coach database
● Continuously upgrade network quality standards
2. End-to-End Coach Onboarding & Commercial Structuring
You will manage:
● Due diligence and credential verification
● Commercial discussions and engagement structuring
● Contracting and compliance
● Availability and deployment tracking
● Profile creation for internal and client-facing decks
3. Coach Community & Engagement Strategy
You will design and own the yearly engagement roadmap, including:
● Quarterly roundtables / closed-door conversations
● Thought-leadership opportunities
● Knowledge-sharing forums
● Internal education sessions
● Relationship-touchpoint cadence
The goal: Even during no-project phases, coaches should feel valued, visible, and connected to Pivut’s mission.
4. Coach–Client Alignment & Coordination
You will:
● Support enterprise client mappings
● Coordinate high-stakes coaching journeys
● Interact with CHROs, L&D Heads, Founders, CXOs
● Ensure professionalism in all interactions
● Maintain turnaround efficiency and clarity
5. Operational & Strategic Excellence
You will:
● Maintain dashboards, MIS, and performance tracking
● Ensure CRM hygiene
● Provide insights for better coach-client matching
● Support internal business teams with data-backed inputs Tools you should be comfortable with:
● Google Suite
● CRM systems
● Canva (for profile / deck creation)
Who This Role Is For You may be a strong fit if:
● You have 3–5 years experience in executive coaching firms, consulting, HR advisory, partnerships, or leadership development environments
● You understand the executive coaching ecosystem
