Experience – 8 to 16 years

Understanding of AI concepts, prompts, conversational design and Agentic workflow
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
Strong working knowledge of Power Apps and Power Platform
Ability to build and customize Copilot agents (chatbots/AI assistants)
Experience integrating Copilot with business workflows and data sources
Ability to troubleshoot, test, and improve Copilot solutions
