Job Description
- Provide L2/L3 support for Microsoft Copilot services
- M365 Copilot
- Copilot Studio
- Power Platform AI / GenAI features
- Troubleshoot issues related to Copilot agents, flows, connectors etc
- Support 24×7 CCAS coverage models across APAC, EMEA, and NAM (as per rota).
- Ensure Copilot incidents are handled in line with SLA, severity, and mitigation‑first approach.
- Coordinate with Microsoft Product Groups (PG) for backend investigations when required.
- Expertise on Case mgmt. and Chatbot
- Contribute to RCA, post‑incident reviews, and preventive actions.
