Role Description
We are seeking a Co-ordinator for Talent Acquisition for a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru. The role involves coordinating recruitment processes, engaging with candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and ensuring seamless communication between hiring managers and candidates. You will also assist with administrative tasks related to talent acquisition and contribute to enhancing the overall recruitment experience.
Qualifications
- Proficient Interpersonal Skills to foster positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Experience in Hiring processes, including resume screening and scheduling interviews
- Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and team members
- Customer Service skills to provide a positive candidate experience
- Competence in Administrative Assistance for managing recruitment records and documentation
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
