We're entering our scaling phase and opening a Co-Founder / Strategic Advisor seat for someone who sees what we see — and wants to back it with both capital and counsel.
The opportunity:
Co-founder / strategic advisor role with genuine involvement in czed's direction
Investment of ₹1–2 Cr depending on equity, at our current valuation via SAFE (converting at the next round, vesting per agreed schedule)
2.5% royalty on revenue until your investment is fully recovered — while you retain your equity in full. Your capital comes back through royalty; your ownership stays as pure upside.
A ground-floor stake in a capital-efficient, outcome-driven edtech with real early traction — and crores of upside as we scale across India's colleges, coaching institutes, and schools
What we're looking for:
Belief in AI-native, outcome-driven education for India
Capital to invest, and strategic value beyond it — network, domain insight, or experience in edtech, SaaS, or institutional sales
Conviction that the next great Indian education company will be built on retention and efficiency, not cash burn
Experience in Edtech
