Role Overview
We’re looking for someone who is sharp, proactive, and eager to learn. You will work directly with the Co-founder, supporting day-to-day operations, coordination, and execution across teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
You will:
- Coordinate day-to-day operations of the Founder’s Office and ensure timely execution of critical tasks.
- Solve real problems across ops, growth, and customer experience
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors & partners
- Support planning and execution of events & campaigns
- Conduct research (ideas, artists, trends,and benchmarks)
- Create and maintain presentations, sheets & documents
- Ensure timelines are met and nothing falls through the cracks
You are:
- A strong communicator (clear, confident, responsive)
- Highly organized & detail-oriented
- Good at coordination and multitasking
- Curious, with a research-first mindset
- Someone who can think creatively + practically
- Comfortable with MS Office / Google Suite (PPT, Sheets, Docs)
