Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work-from-home. The Co-Founder will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, overseeing day-to-day operations, and fostering collaboration within the team. Key duties include shaping the business vision, managing marketing and sales efforts, conducting market research, and building strong business relationships. The candidate will play a critical role in steering the organization’s growth and achieving its strategic objectives.
