Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-founder with Sales Expertise, based in Mumbai, India. The role involves driving sales strategies, building strong client and partner relationships, and identifying market opportunities to drive revenue growth. The Co-founder will collaborate closely in strategic decisions, contribute to business development efforts, and work on shaping the long-term vision of the company. Occasional remote work is permissible as part of the hybrid work model.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and marketing skills, with a proven ability to create and execute revenue-generating strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Analytical and research skills to identify opportunities, assess market trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Leadership qualities, entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to work collaboratively in a startup environment
- Experience or knowledge in the real estate industry is advantageous
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work setup combining in-office and remote work
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
