This is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Bengaluru for a Co-Founder at Be Bold AI Technologies, offering a unique opportunity to build and scale a pioneering brand in India's evolving High-Quality Silk product ecosystem.
We are looking for a Co-Founder Who:
- Is willing to make a strategic capital investment to support the company's initial growth and expansion plans.
- Possesses strong business acumen with proven experience in areas such as operations, marketing, sales, retail, franchising, or business development.
- Is entrepreneurial, hands-on, and resilient, with the ability to navigate the challenges of building a startup from the ground up.
- Shares a passion for the fashion industry and is excited about transforming this sector through AI innovation and standardization.
- Thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to creating long-term value alongside the founding team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate in defining and executing the company's vision, strategy, and growth roadmap.
- Drive business expansion initiatives, including franchise development, partnerships, and market penetration.
- Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations to ensure scalability, efficiency, and consistent quality.
- Build and nurture relationships with investors, strategic partners, vendors, and key stakeholders.
- Contribute to fundraising activities, business planning, and organizational development.
- Play an active role in shaping the company's culture, leadership team, and long-term success.
