Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Co-Founder role with an investment requirement, located in Bengaluru. The Co-Founder will collaborate closely to drive business development, establish and execute growth strategies, oversee operations, and identify new market opportunities. Responsibilities also include building relationships with clients and partners, analyzing market trends, managing sales and marketing efforts, and ensuring operational efficiency to expand the company’s footprint.

- Strong Analytical Skills for market research, data interpretation, and strategic decision-making
- Excellent Communication skills to foster partnerships, build client relationships, and collaborate effectively
- Proven experience in Sales and Marketing to drive business growth and establish market presence

- Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving ability and strategic thinking
- Previous experience in the coffee or foodservice industry is an advantage
