Co-Founder – Business Development & Strategic Partnerships (Equity-Based)

We are not hiring. We are inviting the right person to co-build.
TTFA Technologies is a talent infrastructure platform that connects job-ready professionals with startups and enterprises — through project-based training and zero-cost hiring solutions. We have a working model, real revenue, and a founding team with backgrounds in global consulting and financial services.
Now we are looking for one strategic partner to own the business side of this company.
What This Role Is
You will be the second voice of TTFA in every enterprise room, partnership conversation, and hiring mandate. This is not a sales role with an equity kicker. This is a co-founder seat — with real ownership, real responsibility, and real upside.
You will lead corporate and startup partnerships, build B2B hiring pipelines, drive revenue through institutional tie-ups, and help shape where this company goes next.
Who We Are Looking For
You have 5–10 years building partnerships, closing enterprise deals, or scaling B2B revenue — ideally in edtech, staffing, SaaS, or the startup ecosystem. You have relationships with HR leaders, founders, or hiring managers that you can activate. You know what building from zero actually looks like, and you want to do it again — this time with equity in your name.
You are not looking for a side project. You want to own something.
Two Ways to Come In
→ Operator Co-Founder — Execution-first. You run BD full-time and earn equity through contribution.
→ Strategic Co-Founder / Angel — You bring capital alongside your network and strategic input. Equity structured accordingly.
What You Get
5–12% co-founder equity, structured on contribution and capital. Direct ownership of the revenue and partnerships vertical. A founding team that has already proven the model — without external funding.
