The Role
We are seeking a Co-Founder to lead execution, operations, and business-building across Paxika’s growing platform. This is a founding partnership for someone who wants to take ownership of day-to-day company building, translate vision into action, and help scale a multi-dimensional hospitality venture.
This role is ideal for an operator-founder who thrives in ambiguity, creates structure, moves quickly, and can turn ambitious ideas into working systems, teams, and outcomes. The right partner will also make a meaningful financial investment in the business and join with a long-term ownership mindset.
What You Will Lead
You will own the engine that turns strategy into execution. Responsibilities include:
* Building and running core operations across the company
* Creating systems, processes, and execution rhythms
* Leading business planning, budgeting, and operational discipline
* Driving go-to-market execution and growth initiatives
* Managing team hiring, alignment, accountability, and performance
* Supporting partnerships, business development, and client relationships
* Overseeing project delivery across consulting, marketplace, and venture work
* Helping structure investor conversations, fundraising readiness, and capital planning
* Turning ideas into launches, launches into traction, and traction into scalable businesses
Who You Are
You are a builder, operator, and founder-minded leader who enjoys taking responsibility and making things happen. You likely bring:
* Strong experience in startups, operations, business growth, or venture building
* Excellent judgment and the ability to make decisions with incomplete information
* A bias toward action, accountability, and measurable outcomes
