Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Co-Founder with Investment role, based in the Greater Kolkata Area with flexibility for some remote work. The Co-Founder will play a strategic and operational role in shaping the company's growth, vision, and success. Key responsibilities include defining the business roadmap, leading sales and marketing efforts, and fostering industry partnerships. Additionally, the role involves managing key relationships with venues, talent, and stakeholders, as well as identifying and addressing market opportunities through research and analysis. The selected candidate will also bring investment to catalyze the company’s growth and long-term success.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and Research skills to assess market trends, identify growth opportunities, and drive data-driven decisions
- Exceptional Communication skills to articulate vision, collaborate with stakeholders, and negotiate effectively
- Proven Sales and Marketing expertise to drive revenue, build brand presence, and establish industry partnerships
- Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving abilities and a passion for the nightlife or entertainment industry
- Leadership experience in startup environments or relevant industries is highly desirable
- Willingness and ability to contribute as an investor to support the company’s growth journey
