We are on a high-growth trajectory and are now seeking a strategic Co-Founder & Investor to join the founding team, bring capital, and help scale MindTech Labs into a nationally recognized agency brand.
THE ROLE
This is not a traditional job. This is a founding-level equity partnership.
As Co-Founder & Investor, you will work directly alongside the Founder to drive business growth, open new markets, build institutional relationships, and contribute strategic capital in exchange for a 10% equity stake and a seat on the board of MindTech Labs Pvt. Ltd.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Co-own business development strategy and drive revenue growth across verticals
• Lead fundraising efforts and manage relationships with investors and financial partners
• Build and leverage networks across corporate clients, airlines, hotels, and brands
• Represent MindTech Labs in high-level negotiations, partnerships, and deals
• Provide strategic guidance on operations, hiring, and company scaling
• Participate in board-level decision making and long-term vision setting
• Act as a brand ambassador for MindTech Labs across industry events and networks.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 5+ years of experience in travel/hospitality, travel-tech, or a fast-scaling startup
• Proven track record in senior management, business development, or fundraising
• Strong network across airlines, hotels, corporate clients, and the investor community
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a high-ownership, bias-for-action attitude
• Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable with the pace of an early-stage company
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and people-leadership skills
• Ability to commit meaningfully — time, capital, and expertise
