Role Description The Co-Founder role at JusPncorp India Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. The Co-Founder will help define and execute the company’s strategic direction, focusing on expanding farmer networks, strengthening market linkages, and growing product lines in rice, spices, dry fruits, and dal. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing operations, building partnerships with farmers and buyers, leading sales and marketing initiatives, and ensuring quality and sustainability standards are met. The role involves managing financial planning, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for innovation in agricultural sourcing and fair trade practices. The Co-Founder will collaborate closely with other leaders to shape company culture, drive impact, and build a scalable, mission-driven business.

About the Venture
We are building an integrated farming enterprise focused on sustainable agriculture, aquaculture, livestock, value addition, and agribusiness. Investment & Equity
* Investment Required: ₹30,00,000 (Thirty Lakhs)
* Ownership: Equity stake to be negotiated based on valuation, contribution, and long-term commitment.
* The co-founder will be an active business partner, not just a financial investor.
Role & Responsibilities
The Co-Founder will:
* Co-lead the strategy and growth of the business.
* Participate in business planning, budgeting, and fundraising.
* Develop and oversee integrated farming operations (crop cultivation, aquaculture, livestock, value-added products, etc.).
* Build market linkages, partnerships, and distribution channels.
* Drive innovation, operational efficiency, and adoption of modern farming technologies.
* Recruit and lead teams while establishing scalable business processes.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory, financial, and operational requirements.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
* Has an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoys building businesses from the ground up.

* Has experience or a strong interest in agriculture, aquaculture, agribusiness, food processing, or rural enterprises.

Preferred Qualifications
