Role Description
As a Co-founder with investment at Homeday, you will play a vital role in shaping the company's direction and fostering sustainable growth. This full-time, on-site role, based in Gurugram, involves overseeing operations, contributing to business development strategies, and optimizing sales and marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the existing leadership team to provide innovation and drive the business toward success, while also being a key stakeholder in investment decisions and company strategy.

- Strong Analytical Skills for assessing business performance and identifying growth opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, team members, and clients effectively
- Sales expertise with a track record of driving revenue growth and forging key client relationships
- Proven Marketing skills to develop and implement effective campaigns to increase brand visibility
- Strong Research abilities to understand market trends, customer insights, and identify potential risks
- Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking capabilities
- Previous entrepreneurial or co-founder experience is advantageous
- Experience in sectors like home services, health, or real estate is a plus
