Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Co-Founder with Investment role based in Chandigarh, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Co-Founder will help shape the company’s vision and strategy, contribute capital, and actively drive business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading sales and marketing initiatives, building partnerships with employers, institutions, and service providers, and identifying new revenue opportunities. The role involves analyzing platform performance, market trends, and user data to refine product features and go-to-market plans. The Co-Founder will also collaborate closely with the founding team on hiring, fundraising, budgeting, and key operational decisions, while representing GetNaukri at events, meetings, and networking forums.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and research skills to interpret market data, user behavior, and competitive landscapes, and to support data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management, investor discussions, partnership development, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals with employers and strategic partners.
- Marketing experience, ideally in digital or growth marketing, to build brand awareness, drive user acquisition, and support product positioning.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with prior startup or founding experience preferred, especially in HR tech, recruitment, or SaaS.
- Ability to commit financial investment and time, demonstrating long-term alignment with the company’s mission and growth plans.
- Strong business acumen, including understanding of unit economics, budgeting, and basic financial modeling.
- Comfort with ambiguity, resilience in a fast-paced environment, and a collaborative approach to building and leading teams.
