Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Co-founder with Investment role based in Gurugram. As a Co-founder, you will actively drive business growth by collaborating on strategic initiatives, shaping the company vision, and contributing financially to its journey. In your day-to-day role, you will identify business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, oversee execution of marketing and sales initiatives, and optimize data-driven growth strategies. You will work closely with a cross-functional team to develop innovative solutions for the challenges faced by fashion industry disruptors and SMEs.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and Research skills to interpret data and identify key trends and opportunities.
- Excellent Communication skills to present ideas, build relationships, and lead discussions effectively.
- Proven abilities in Sales and Marketing to drive growth and establish partnerships within the industry.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Prior experience in technology-driven consulting, fashion, retail, or related industries is a significant advantage.
- An understanding of data-driven strategies and AI-powered tools is highly desirable.
