Role Description
This Co-founder position requires an investment of 20-25 Lakh and is a pivotal full-time role based on-site in Gurugram. As a Co-founder, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic vision of Homeday, driving business growth, and building partnerships with key stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing marketing and sales strategies, analyzing market trends, conducting research to identify new opportunities, and engaging with clients and team members to enhance the overall business operation.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and research abilities for understanding market trends and business performance.
- Exceptional Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, partners, and clients.
- Expertise in Sales and Marketing to drive growth, develop strategies, and generate leads.
- Proven leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to make investment decisions.
- Prior experience in startups, leadership roles, or working in the home service or real estate sectors is a plus.
