Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Co-founder with investment role based in Gurugram. The role encompasses driving the strategic growth of Homeday, building key partnerships, leading sales and marketing efforts, and steering the overall vision of the company. As a Co-founder, you'll collaborate with the leadership team to refine business strategies, conduct market research, and develop innovative solutions to scale operations and ensure sustainable growth.

- Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders, partners, and team members effectively
- Proven expertise in sales and marketing to drive revenue growth and brand awareness
- Experience conducting in-depth research and market analysis

- Prior leadership or startup experience is a plus
