Ghar Se is a food-tech startup focused on connecting skilled home chefs and housewives with corporate employees seeking fresh, hygienic, home-style meals delivered directly to their workplace. Our goal is to build a scalable and technology-driven ecosystem that empowers home kitchens while solving the growing demand for quality corporate meals.
We are currently in the early growth stage and are looking for a committed Co-Founder who can contribute strategically, operationally, and financially to help scale the business.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and execution-focused individual to join the founding team as a Co-Founder (Investment & Growth Partner). This role involves working closely with the founder and a remotely operating core team to build, expand, and streamline the business.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing teams remotely, making strategic decisions, handling uncertainty, and actively contributing towards the company’s growth and expansion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Work directly with the founder on business strategy and execution
-Coordinate and collaborate with remote teams across operations, marketing, partnerships, and growth
-Contribute capital towards scaling business operations and expansion-
-Develop partnerships with corporates, vendors, and strategic stakehol-ders
-Support fundraising initiatives, investor communication, and financial -planning
-Help establish scalable systems and operational workflows
-Drive customer acquisition, branding, and business development initiatives
-Take ownership of key functions based on expertise and interest.

-Comfortable working with and managing remote teams
-Experience in startups, operations, business development, sales, marketing, or finance preferred
