Hiring: Video Editor (Co-Founder) — Build a Personal Branding Production Company
Nobody knows most professionals exist — and we’re fixing that.
We’re building a premium personal branding production company focused on founders, consultants, developers, and high-value professionals who want to build authority through video.
This is not a freelance role.
This is a co-founder position.
What We’re Building
A content engine that turns expertise into:
- High-impact personal brand videos
- LinkedIn-first content systems
- Story-driven narratives that generate inbound opportunities
Target clients:
Founders, SaaS leaders, consultants, CAs, and operators building in public.
Who We’re Looking For
A serious video editor with startup experience (2+ years) who understands both:
- Editing
- Content strategy
You’ve ideally worked with:
- SaaS startups
- Personal brands
- Agencies or content-driven companies
Your Role (Core Responsibilities)
- Own end-to-end video production (editing, storytelling, pacing)
- Build a repeatable content format for clients
- Collaborate on content strategy (hooks, retention, structure)
- Lead post-production systems as we scale
- Help shape the creative direction of the company
What Makes This Different

Ideal Profile
- 2+ years experience in video editing (Saas startup/ agency)
