Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Co-Founder specializing in Video Editing. The primary responsibilities include producing and editing creative video content and collaborating with clients and the internal team to deliver high-quality visual projects. The role also involves working closely on developing strategic and branding plans alongside contributing to media post-production processes. The candidate will play a significant part in shaping the creative direction of projects and scaling the company's visual storytelling capabilities.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess trends, performance metrics, and other media-related data
- Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with clients and team members
- Proficiency in Sales and Marketing to drive the company's growth and expansion
- Ability to conduct in-depth Research to inform creative and strategic decision-making
- Proven experience in video editing and familiarity with industry-standard software tools
- Creative vision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality videos and content
- Team-oriented mindset with leadership capabilities to co-manage and grow the organization
- A degree or relevant experience in media, video production, or a related field is a plus
