Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon for a Co-Founder (Tech) at BhoomiMart. As the technical partner, you will spearhead technology development, oversee product strategy, and ensure robust infrastructure to power our cutting-edge platform. Your responsibilities include collaborating with the co-founding team to define the product roadmap, leading development activities, managing engineering teams, and ensuring data-driven solutions are implemented to support business growth. You will build and optimize technical workflows, integrate technology solutions, and bring innovative ideas to life that align with our vision.

- Knowledge in Sales and Marketing strategies to refine customer-facing tools and boost user engagement
- Proven technical expertise in software development and system architecture

- An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving
- Experience in Proptech or related domains is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
