🚀 Looking for a Tech Co-Founder (Equity-Based) | CareerTech Startup
I’m building an early-stage CareerTech / HRTech platform aimed at solving real problems in hiring, career growth, and talent discovery.
We are currently in the MVP development phase and looking for a Technology Co-Founder who can join hands in building this from the ground up.
🔧 What I’m Looking For:
- Strong hands-on experience in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)
- Must be actively coding and comfortable building products from scratch
- Solid understanding / experience in AI/ML integrations (LLMs, recommendation systems, automation, etc.)
- Experience with system design, scalable architecture, and APIs
- Product mindset with focus on UI/UX and user experience
- Prior startup / 0→1 product experience is a big plus
🤝 Role & Commitment:
- Co-Founder position (Equity-based only) – no salary initially
- Full-time commitment preferred
- Will lead the entire tech & product development
