About GenAxle
GenAxle is an early-stage startup building India's first people-powered commission marketplace — where businesses list services free and pay only when deals close, and verified individuals earn real commission through their personal network. Payment released within 24 hours of every confirmed deal.
We are currently in active investor conversations and growing our LinkedIn presence rapidly. The model is validated. The vision is clear. Now we need someone to build it.

What We're Building
A two-sided marketplace with three core components:
- Business dashboard — listing, commission setting, lead management
- Individual dashboard — opportunity browsing, lead submission, wallet & payouts
- Verification & payment engine — deal confirmation flow, 24-hour payout system
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a technical co-founder who doesn't just write code — but thinks like a builder, moves fast, and cares deeply about what they're creating.
You are the right person if:
- You are based in Delhi / NCR — in-person collaboration is essential
- You have 1–4 years of hands-on experience building web or mobile products
- You know full-stack development — React, Node.js, or similar
- You have basic understanding of payment systems, dashboards, and user verification flows
- You've built something before — even a personal project, freelance work, or college build counts
- You've read about GenAxle and believe the problem is real before sending your application
- You are ready for full-time commitment — this is not a side project opportunity
