Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for the position of Co-Founder (Tech- AI & ML) at Aasvaa Universal Private Limited, based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, with flexibility for remote work. The Co-Founder will drive the development and execution of AI and ML-based tech strategies, lead product innovation, and oversee the technical roadmap for the company. Responsibilities will also involve working closely with cross-functional teams to align the tech vision with business objectives, fostering partnerships, and managing the technical team to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Additional responsibilities include contributing to the company’s market expansion, identifying growth opportunities, and participating in pivotal business decisions.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to craft innovative, data-driven AI & ML solutions
- Exceptional Communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders and collaborate effectively
- Experience in Sales and Marketing to help build partner relationships and drive technology adoption
- Proven leadership abilities and a strategic mindset to manage and motivate technical teams
- Background in AI, ML, or related technical fields, with a solid understanding of emerging technologies
- Previous entrepreneurial experience or experience in a leadership/management capacity is highly valued
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field is preferred
