Role Description
We are seeking a Co-Founder (Tech), passionate about developing AI-first consumer products, to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position where you will oversee the development of cutting-edge technology, lead architectural decisions, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive innovation. Responsibilities include building the tech stack, ensuring scalability, managing product development cycles, and implementing industry best practices. This role requires close collaboration with the business and design teams to align technology with customer and market needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities to develop and optimize AI-driven products
- Exceptional Communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience in Sales and Marketing, with an understanding of consumer dynamics and go-to-market strategies
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for building and scaling startup businesses
- Technical expertise in AI, machine learning, and modern development frameworks is a strong asset
- Proven leadership experience in software development or technology-related roles
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
You’re likely someone who:
- Has built real products end-to-end (not just APIs)
- Can architect, ship, and iterate fast
- Understands LLMs, agents, automation, and modern AI stacks deeply
- Thinks in terms of consumer UX, not just models
- Wants to build a company, not freelance or consult
- Is excited by ambiguity, speed, and ownership
You might currently be:
- A senior engineer / staff engineer at a startup or big tech
- An indie hacker building AI side projects
- Someone who has shipped products that people actually use
WHAT YOU WILL OWN:
- Tech architecture and product development from day one
- Building the first versions and the core platform
- Hiring and leading the future tech team
- Co-shaping product, strategy, and roadmap
Who I'm looking for:
- Full-stack wizard building scalable AI/ML apps (Python, React Native/Flutter, TensorFlow/PyTorch, cloud like AWS/GCP).
- Experience shipping consumer-facing AI products (chatbots, recommendation engines, computer vision—bonus if you've worked on GenAI like LLMs).
- Passion for India-first apps (think UPI integrations, vernacular NLP, low-data ML).
- Startup hustle: You've bootstrapped or pivoted fast; comfortable with ambiguity.
